About Us

Find out more about the team behind NI Schools' Esports

Meet our awesome team.

I am a teacher and E-Sports Club leader in a Northern Ireland secondary school for the past 18 years. I see first hand the impact of a well organised E-Sports club can have on all pupils from all year groups but especially SEN pupils. Finding a safe place to build friendships and develop teamwork skills is vital and can permeate into all aspects of pupils' lives outside gaming. I love what we do and feel passionately about our work. I am proud that we are working towards Social Enterprise status as an organisation.

Our Mission

A place for every child in every school

At NI Schools' Esports, our mission is to provide after school esports clubs throughout Northern Ireland. We understand the importance of building connections and fostering teamwork skills, especially for those with special educational needs and neurodiversity.

Our focus is not only on embracing the world of gaming but also providing a safe space for pupils to make new friends and gain invaluable life skills. We are proud to be working our way towards social enterprise status, and we are dedicated to creating an inclusive community that reflects the diverse nature of our schools.

Come join us in our efforts to make Northern Ireland schools a better place for all.
